Silhouette of perception

I have often heard, read of a saying that "when you say the truth it sets you free" but then does it really set us free? 




Take for instance a little child takes meat from the pot of stew, and mummy asks him/her if they are responsible for the act. The child most often than not ,would deny because despite the fact that they say the truth shall set you free, if he/she admits to the crime, the spanking would be on a wavy level. 
So I dare say ask what exactly is truth? Truth to me, might not be what you consider truth and I am not talking about truth as in saying the right thing, I mean it more like doing the right thing . 



People consider premarital sex as truth, others don't. Some others acknowledge tattoos and multiple piercings as the way to go, while others consider it to be blasphemy. Even so, some believe in open marriages ,others call it an abominable act. I could go on and on and the list would be inexhaustible . 
So now I ask is truth really truth or is it whatever a human mind deems as right that goes as the truth? 


Does truth in it's real sense really exist or is it an illusion also? I lie here pondering over all the people and their acts I have condemned, all because I felt it was not truth enough and I imagine how many people too are right now judging ,what I think is truth and I am doing it comfortably feeling like I am living an exemplary code of conduct kind of life ,meanwhile others have created a special seat in hell for me to burn because of my actions. So here I am confused and asking is there really a truth or the truth? 


For the religious they could say yes ,there is a truth told to them from their holy books but then also there are diversities in the meanings gotten from the holy books ,as they might all read the same things and have a dozen different interpretations for what was read. That's why in almost every religion we still have sects or denominations or whatever we choose to call it. 




So at the end of the day, I am justified to say that there is no truth , but there is a truth that is particular to every individual. Something more like a self perception of matters in all spheres of life . So now , I for one can now say that my truth, is that there is no generally accepted truth .

      Spoken well. As I say 'Fact does not change, Truth on the other hand is a relative function of perception; fueled by necessity and needs'. Good work.

Have you ever known love? Have you ever felt love? Have you ever been in love? I ask because all three have happened to me and it was the best feeling and experience I could have ever wished for in my life time. THE ILLUSION!

Pain isn't something that gives you a choice as to the intensity or the severity. It kinda has a mind of its own.  I once saw a poster for a pain killer I think IBEX or so and it read "pain is constant but suffering is optional" and that day it made so much sense to me  cos I felt, there was sort of a cure for every pain no matter how intense, it could be rid off. This belief was so strong that when I experienced a pain I could not cure, I dared not believe it! I said "there has to be something, anything that could rid me of the pain I felt all over, physically , spiritually, emotionally and all the rest". So I kept searching for the cure at all cost, mindless of the consequences hoping that the pain would cease and the void would be filled.  I tried every and anything from sleeping pills to pain killers to hard drugs to cigarettes to alcohol to sexual exploitation and yet that dull ever nagging pain just won't leave.  I had lost all hope,in fac

Stagnation, my new obsession .

Ever been in a predicament were you have no clue what to do next, who to be next, when to be what you need to be even up to matters as insignificant as what to eat ? I like to call it the stagnant stage. Stagnant stage: a phase in life which does not allow you to experience new success, joy or achievements because you have been stuck in a particular level with no hope of moving forward. Sweethearts! That's the phase I am experiencing, a phase where I know I have to write, but I know not what to write, I have to eat but I don't think it fixes the problem, I need new business ideas but yet I seem to fall short, I need love all  round but it seems the world is already consumed by hate. So what do I do ? I am sick and tired of trying to be and look miss Perfect. It hasn't helped me in anyway , because people do not expect me to have problems. "I have made money" party

  The youths of these days amaze me a lot, how will someone that worked hard,toiled, sweated and even starved to make money  💰  finally get the money and decides a few days/ weeks later to throw a "I have made money party" is that one not proper brain disorder? I don't understand it, when my friend mentioned it to me I started wondering what the person did to get that money. I mean if it was I who had gone through all that stress my first agenda would not be to throw a party telling the whole world how much money I had but rather think of an investment that would ensure the stability of that cash before throwing one useless party that will only be a liability.  My generation though! I won't blame them much after all the world has provided so many get rich easily schemes that nobody knows what it means to toil for their money. EPISODE 1 My name is Edidiong Ugoma, I am 21 years old and I am fresh out of the university. I was born into one of those homes you would call average, in the sense that we always had food to eat,the necessities we needed and we got good education. My parents aren’t overly religious, but they sure as hell are overly protective and I was their only daughter so you can imagine the pressure.
