THE CLICHE VI- Episode finale

She saw him before he saw her. And so she got up, with a smile on her face and beckoned him in a sweet voice "Kunle honey, what are you doing here "




He saw her as she chatted with the young man in front of her laughing cheerily, next thing he knew she was on her feet with a million dollar smile calling out to him . He wondered what she was thinking, he had caught her in the act and  all she could do was smile and act like it was okay? 
He took longer strides and in no less than 30 seconds he was at the table. 

"Hello Kunle hun" she said, she knew he was furious but she had nothing to fear or rather nothing to loose . She wasn't doing anything wrong ,so he could rage for all she cared, but she was certain once he listened he'd understand why she was here. 
"You must be stupid Teni to think I'm a fool" he bellowed. "How can a married woman, mother of my kids be seen in public throwing herself at another man? Have you no shame or at least moral regard for your children ehn ? Mami must hear this" he screamed out all at once wondering why she was 
smiling.

He made to grab her neck forcefully, when a woman came and  sat at the table and kissed the man sitting down full on the lips saying "Ugom sorry I'm late, Nigerian traffic is a mess, the uber guy kept cutting corners to get me here on time" 
Teni saw that Kunle realized that she had him just where she wanted him, so she smiled and did the introductions " Kunle meet Chike and his lovely wife Ada, I was meeting them for lunch cos Ada just got in from France and they won't be in town very long" 

He didn't know what to do, he had made a fool of himself. How did Teni get so smart as to know his mumu button was her being with another man? He had been played at his own game , the expert had lost his medal to a day old player. He mustered all the courage he could and with a shaky voice apologized to the trio, looked at Teni and asked her in a polite way that shocked his spirit if they could talk outside. 



She gave him her hand as he led her out of the restaurant turning briefly to wink at Chike and hoping that maybe just maybe this plan would work and she would save her marriage .

Have you ever known love? Have you ever felt love? Have you ever been in love? I ask because all three have happened to me and it was the best feeling and experience I could have ever wished for in my life time. It made the 9decades I spent on earth worth the while, reason being that Margaret made me know love, feel love and be in love she was bliss itself.  Have you ever experienced a love so strong that even when she nags you can't help but smile and love her even deeply? "When your legs don't work like they used to be for" buzzed Sarah's phon Sarah ! Cassandra screamed "your phone " . THE ILLUSION!

Pain isn't something that gives you a choice as to the intensity or the severity. It kinda has a mind of its own.  I once saw a poster for a pain killer I think IBEX or so and it read "pain is constant but suffering is optional" and that day it made so much sense to me  cos I felt, there was sort of a cure for every pain no matter how intense, it could be rid off. This belief was so strong that when I experienced a pain I could not cure, I dared not believe it! I said "there has to be something, anything that could rid me of the pain I felt all over, physically , spiritually, emotionally and all the rest". So I kept searching for the cure at all cost, mindless of the consequences hoping that the pain would cease and the void would be filled.  I tried every and anything from sleeping pills to pain killers to hard drugs to cigarettes to alcohol to sexual exploitation and yet that dull ever nagging pain just won't leave.  I had lost all hope,in fac

Stagnation, my new obsession .

Ever been in a predicament were you have no clue what to do next, who to be next, when to be what you need to be even up to matters as insignificant as what to eat ? I like to call it the stagnant stage. Stagnant stage: a phase in life which does not allow you to experience new success, joy or achievements because you have been stuck in a particular level with no hope of moving forward. Sweethearts! That's the phase I am experiencing, a phase where I know I have to write, but I know not what to write, I have to eat but I don't think it fixes the problem, I need new business ideas but yet I seem to fall short, I need love all  round but it seems the world is already consumed by hate. So what do I do ? I am sick and tired of trying to be and look miss Perfect. It hasn't helped me in anyway , because people do not expect me to have problems. "I have made money" party

  The youths of these days amaze me a lot, how will someone that worked hard,toiled, sweated and even starved to make money  💰  finally get the money and decides a few days/ weeks later to throw a "I have made money party" is that one not proper brain disorder? I don't understand it, when my friend mentioned it to me I started wondering what the person did to get that money. I mean if it was I who had gone through all that stress my first agenda would not be to throw a party telling the whole world how much money I had but rather think of an investment that would ensure the stability of that cash before throwing one useless party that will only be a liability.  My generation though! I won't blame them much after all the world has provided so many get rich easily schemes that nobody knows what it means to toil for their money.   I can still remember the cool 😎 October morning as I woke up to sound of my phone 📱 ringing continuously, at first I was mad 😡 wondering who had the nerve to call me at such an odd hour and with such ferocity; until I picked up my phone and saw it was my intended. MY YAHOO BOY EXPERIENCE

EPISODE 1 My name is Edidiong Ugoma, I am 21 years old and I am fresh out of the university. I was born into one of those homes you would call average, in the sense that we always had food to eat,the necessities we needed and we got good education. My parents aren’t overly religious, but they sure as hell are overly protective and I was their only daughter so you can imagine the pressure. I went to mission schools, like OLA and the rest and wound up in a Christian private university. I was sure going to become the president of CAN one day. Now because of all these restrictions, on a scale of one to ten I was a very decent girl.
